Headlines!
The Supreme Court has ruled that state medical marijuana laws don't protect people from federal prosecution. Niiiiiice. Now the feds are not only superceding state laws, but also a doctor's treatment of their patients. (CNN)

So let me get this straight...Congress gives a pass to automakers on meeting fuel economy standards, particularly when it comes to alternative fuels? So when they say they're producing a car that runs on both ethanol and gasoline...they know no one's ever going to put any ethanol in it? Classy. Isn't it time our government actually DID something to break our dependence on dwindling petroleum resources? (Washington Post)

The FBI spent $100 million on software they knew wouldn't work and wouldn't be done on time. Great. (Washington Post)

We're sending yet another probe to Mars. But still no word on when we plan to make a manned attempt. We need a Kennedy-esque challenge to get to Mars by 2020 or something like that, don't ya think? (CNN)

The .xxx web addresses will go live by the end of the year. But what happens if they make them mandatory for adult businesses? Who decides when something MUST have a .xxx tag? Great column. (CNET)

The next step in video gaming? Or just another crazy Asian fad? (BBC)
